Recently, some players in the United States encountered the error message “Unable to connect to the login server” when trying to access the Aion 2 Taiwan server. They were unable to enter the game, yet the official team did not provide any explanation. Some players speculated that NCSoft had blocked U.S. IP addresses, causing this issue. So, are U.S. players really blocked? How can this problem be fixed? This guide will give you the answers.
Why can’t U.S. players (and other regions) log in to Aion 2 Taiwan?
As of now, NCSoft has not released any official statement regarding this issue. However, a large number of players from the United States have reported that they cannot log in. Based on our tests, here is what we can confirm:
- The Korean Aion 2 server is not affected.
- The Taiwan Aion 2 server has blocked U.S. IP addresses.
